Shipping is included to vast majority countries. All shipments will be shipped by air with tracking. During festive seasons periods, there may be slight delays in shipping due to higher order volumes to be processed. We seek our customers understanding should such situations happen. Shipping Cost Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return defective item to us. If the item is found to be defective and covered under warranty, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item back to you.
